Louise has over 15 years of experience with global fortune 500 companies as well as public organizations guiding hundreds of HR and business leaders around the world.   Prior to launching Perspektives, Louise worked at Eaton and Westinghouse in a variety of  talent-related roles.

Louise is fascinated with the field of neuroscience and how our brain works – particularly as it pertains to feedback, coaching and leadership development. Louise is passionate About helping leaders become their best, overcoming obstacles, tackling personal and professional challenges and learning new habits that can impact their career and the business. Sometimes that involves coaching or team building and sometimes when trying to build skills and habits it’s about training.  

Louise has developed and delivered hundreds of key notes, workshops and training programs across the globe.  She is often described as Passionate, Engaging and motivating – on stage, in the classroom and online.  Participants leave each session with new insights and numerous ah hah moments that they don’t forget. 

Louise earned her master’s in Organization Development from the well-regarded Graziadio Business school of Pepperdine University in 2014.  Her master’s thesis was on the Impact Senior Leader Touch Points have on High Potential Employee Engagement & Retention.  She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial / Organizational Psychology from Penn State University.
