Janine is a trusted, strategic Business Partner with executive leadership experience in operations, client service, human resources, training and organizational development. She focuses on professional development of employees to support company strategic goals, mission and values to deliver business results. She builds organizational capability and strengthens company culture by designing and integrating programs to achieve optimal performance.

 

18 year veteran of The Merit Companies, she held leadership and executive positions in community management, operations, and human resources. Janine holds a Masters degree from Chapman University in Organizational Leadership and she is committed to helping leaders achieve their highest potential at work and home.

 

Janine is the creator of Step Up & Lead, an interactive video-based program that shows leaders smart, effective leadership strategies to increase employee engagement, build a strong team and get better business results.

 

She has been recognized at the Orange County Business Journal Women in Business Awards for her entrepreneurial success and community impact. Janine is a volunteer and Wish Granter for Make-AWish Orange County & Inland Empire Board of Directors bringing hope, strength and joy to children with life-threatening diseases.

 

She pushes her personal limits running ½ marathon races, practices yoga and regularly seeks adventure around the globe. She’s even been a competitor in the International Water Ski race between Long Beach, California and Catalina Island – which means she water skied 62 miles in the open ocean.

 

Her happy place is in Newport Beach where she spends time with her family and dog Dakota.
