Cecilia has over 15 years of HR Leadership experience with mid and large-sized global public organizations. As a trusted advisor and consultant to HR and Business leaders, she has significant experience building and transforming talent strategies, policies, and technologies for the modern world.
 

Before starting Sunray Consulting Group LLC, which provides fractional HR and Talent services to companies of all sizes, Cecilia served as Sr. Director of Talent Strategies at AIG. She was responsible for Talent Acquisition, Internal Mobility, and Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion for a 10,000-employee population across the US and Europe. Cecilia’s expertise spans HR Strategy and Leadership, Talent (Acquisition, Development, & Management), DEI&B, HR Operations, and HR Technology.
 

Cecilia is passionate about working with purposeful organizations that seek to balance productivity with employee well-being to create a sustainable growth strategy. Cecilia received a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Santa Clara University and is currently enrolled at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, earning a Master of Science in Organization Development. During her free time, she enjoys practicing yoga, taking beach walks, and spending time with her family and friends in San Diego, CA.
