I have worked in global, complex fortune 500 companies for over two decades….and those are the most common words used to describe me: Passionate. Engaging. Motivating. On stage, in a conference room or over coffee, if we are talking about how to develop talent, how to engage and retain employees, how we can help them work more effectively as a team or leading them through a significant change – you will see my passion exude. I love watching skeptical leaders when the light bulb goes off and they realize their role in developing talent and how it can make them AND their business successful. I never want to leave a session where leaders aren’t excited and motivated to go make positive and sustainable changes.
I started my career as an HR generalist and that is where I became really grounded in the business and learned about how people, particularly leaders, make an impact –on the employees and the organization as a whole.
For the last 15+ years my focus has been in two primary areas: leader/talent development and organization effectiveness. I have enjoyed helping leaders become their best, overcoming obstacles, tackling personal and professional challenges and learning new habits that can impact their career and the business. Sometimes that involves coaching or team building and sometimes when we are trying to build skills and habits it has been about training. For organizations, it has been about building systematic processes to build the talent pipeline for the future. I have also spent a tremendous amount of time training and coaching leaders on change management. With the world and business changing so rapidly leading to change saturation, it is critical to equip leaders to plan for and address resistance to change.
To complement my experience, I received my Masters in Organization Development from Pepperdine University in 2014. My master’s thesis was on the Impact of Senior Leader Touch Points on High Potential Employee Engagement & Retention.

While I grew up in the north east, my family and I enjoy living out west, currently
in southern California. We love spending our free time in the outdoors and
